Inside proprietary microwave reactors, 100% solar energy generates plasma hotter than the sun’s surface. Carbon ions rain down onto the seed, crystallizing at 10 to 15 microns per hour.

Solar Plasma Synthesis
Inside proprietary vacuum reactors heated to 3,000°C by 100% solar energy, methane and hydrogen gases disassociate into pure cosmic carbon ions, depositing atom-by-atom into a Type IIa diamond lattice.
Laser Nanometer Faceting
Guided by laser interferometer scanning, each raw crystal is planned and cleaved to nanometer tolerances. Every facet angle is locked to the critical optical angle of 24.4° for zero light leakage.
